ATIX provides comprehensive support alternatives in terms of different supscriptions for its com.oonics Enterprise IT Platform.

There are the ATIX Standard Subscription with 9x5 telephone and 24x7 web support, followed by the Premium Subscription to the point of the Mission Critical Subscription including remote system maintenance, 24x7 monitoring and 24x7 telephone support.
